Because our products are fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand provider (Printful), all items are made to order. For this reason, we can only accept returns or exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or misprinted. We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse (e.g., wrong size or color selection), so please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after our confirmation:

  1. Recheck your bank or credit card account.
  2. Contact your payment provider—it may take several business days to post.
  3. Still no refund? Contact us at support@wiswear.com.

Gifts

If your item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, we’ll issue a gift credit for the value of the return. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Shipping

If we request that you return the item, we’ll provide instructions and may cover return shipping for eligible issues. Otherwise, return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If you’re returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
