ORDERING

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account offers benefits such as:

  • Faster checkout

  • Viewing order history and tracking updates

  • Receiving news about product launches and special offers

What if I entered the wrong email address at checkout?

Please contact us immediately at support@salvationtees.com. While we can update your email or shipping info before processing begins, we cannot change or cancel your order once it enters production.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

  • Stripe-secured payments

  • PayPal

We do not accept cash, money orders, or checks.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All payment data is encrypted via SSL and processed securely by Stripe or PayPal. We never store your full payment information on our servers.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Because all products are made to order through our fulfillment partner, orders are automatically sent to production shortly after being placed. This means we can’t guarantee cancellation or changes once an order is confirmed. If you need help, please reach out ASAP and we’ll do our best.

SHIPPING

When will my order be processed?

Orders typically take 2–7 business days to process and fulfill. During holidays or high-volume times, production may take slightly longer.

How is my order shipped?

Orders are shipped via Printful’s partnered carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.). You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

When will my order arrive?

Shipping times vary by location:

  • U.S. orders: ~3–5 business days after fulfillment

  • International orders: ~5–20 business days depending on destination

Note: Estimated delivery dates do not include production time.

Do you offer free shipping?

We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Check our homepage banners or subscribe to our newsletter to stay informed.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to update your address. Contact us at support@salvationtees.com immediately. Once production begins or the order ships, address changes are no longer possible.

Will I be charged customs and duties?

U.S. customers: No. 

International customers: Import duties and taxes may apply, depending on your country’s laws. These fees are not controlled or covered by us.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns?

Due to our print-on-demand model, we only accept returns for:

  • Items that are defective, damaged, or misprinted


We do not accept returns for:

  • Incorrect size or color selection

  • Buyer’s remorse


To request a return, contact us at support@salvationtees.com within 15 days of delivery, and include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

  • A brief description

What if I received the wrong or damaged item?

We’re sorry! Please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem. We’ll arrange a free replacement or refund if the issue is confirmed.

Will I have to pay for return shipping?

If we confirm a product defect or fulfillment error, return shipping is on us. Otherwise, customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.

How long does the return/refund process take?

Once approved, refunds or replacements are processed within 7–10 business days. If a refund is issued, it may take additional time for your bank or card issuer to reflect the credit.

Where do I send returns?

Please do not send returns to our office or the Printful warehouse without prior authorization. We'll provide return instructions once your request is approved.

ORDERS & PROMOTIONS

Can I use multiple discount codes?

Only one discount or promo code may be used per order unless explicitly stated otherwise.

What if something is missing from my order?

Some items may ship separately. If you're missing something after checking your tracking info, please email us and we'll look into it right away.
